1. Definition: "Customer" means the named customer who is purchasing goods from Sydney Piano World; "Supplier" means CCP Australia Pty Limited t/a Sydney Piano World. 2. The deposit (customer paid) is not refundable but is transferable. 3. The balance of the price is payable on delivery of the goods. 4. The risk of the goods will to the Customer on possession and title will pass on only upon receipt of full payment by either cash or clearance of funds into the Supplier's bank account. 5. If the goods are sold as second-hand goods, the Customer acknowledges that the goods are inspected thoroughly and the goods are sold in its present condition and state of repair of the goods. 6. In purchasing any goods, the Customer relies on its own judgment and does not rely on any advice given by the Supplier or any person on behalf of the Supplier whether as an expert or otherwise. The Supplier does not warrant that the goods are suitable for any particular purpose. 7. The Customer agrees to inspect and test the goods on delivery; the goods will only be accepted if the Customer is completely satisfied with the goods. The Supplier's liability for any defects in the goods is limited, at the supplier's discretion, to repair or replace the goods or to refund the purchase money. 8. The supplier will provide a limited warranty for 5years/10 years from the date of purchase for the Customer that the Customer must engage the tuning service of the Supplier for these 5years/10years at the usual service charges of the Supplier. Otherwise the warranty shall be terminated. 9. The initial free tuning service must be carried out within 12 months after the goods has been delivered. 10. As all the sale are going both in store and online shop, if the products are out of stock, Sydney Piano World has the right to cancel the deal and refund to the customers. 11. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate. Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request. Not doing what they are supposed to do. 4. If the goods that the customer purchased had been sold, Sydney Piano World has the right to refund or customer could exchange the good to another. 5. Customers could change the mind and return the goods only if the goods are not used and keep original condition. And the customer needs to pay the delivery fee. When you buy you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
